90 Day Limited Warranty Information
eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC (doing business as gogoFiber.com) does not cover labor costs associated with the testing or installation of products.
eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC, dba gogoFiber.com warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated and/or agreed upon in writing. The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, the Customer shall promptly notify in writing and return such defective product to eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC at 244 Lea Plant Rd, Waynesville, NC 28786. Together, with proof of purchase, will establish a claim with being given an RMA number by eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC.
If Buyer determines that the goods fail to conform to the applicable specifications, Buyer must notify eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC in writing within seven (7) days of delivery at which point eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC will refund the purchase price. After seven (7) days after delivery, but within 90 days of delivery, Buyer may notify eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC in writing if any goods fail to conform to the applicable specifications at which point eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC will replace any portion of the goods it finds to be defective. Buyer acknowledges the amount of time to permit eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC to examine and test the goods. All warranty requests shall adhere to eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC’s Return Policy.
This warranty does not cover defects or non-compliance in the design, application or installation of the product, which may result from failure to comply with manufacturers design guidelines and/or improper installation procedures. This warranty shall not apply to any damage of product or failure that is caused by condition beyond eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC control, including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, unauthorized repair, acts of God, use outside of the United States, or normal wear and tear. This warranty covers the product at the original site of installation only. Any modification to the product without eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC approval voids this warranty. eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC sole discretion.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FIBER SAVVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF APPLICABLE. IT IS SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT CONFER ANY THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY RIGHTS AND SHALL EXCLUDE ALL SUCH RIGHTS. EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IF THERE IS AN ALLEGED PRODUCT DEFECT, DEFECTIVE LABELING OR OTHERWISE, CUSTOMER SHALL SEEK REDRESS ONLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH PRODUCTS, AND CUSTOMER WAIVES AND RELEASES eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC FROM SUCH CLAIMS. eDGe Broadband Solutions, LLC and it’s dba gogoFiber.com WILL REASONABLY COOPERATE IN THAT REGARD AT BUYER’S COST AND EXPENSE.
